RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you feel that the Lovi product you have purchased is defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information: order number, picture of defective product, and description of defect . We will investigate the situation as soon as possible and, if necessary, replace the product or return the money paid, including delivery. All complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS IN GOOD CONDITION
You can return Lovi products within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund if the products are in their original packaging, in like-new condition and re-sellable.
To do so, contact our customer service (email@example.com) with your order number and details for returning the product. We will respond to your email and send you the return instructions and a parcel card for printing. We will refund the price of the item or exchange the product as soon as it is received by us. The refund fee will be paid to the bank account indicated by the returner.
The date of receipt of the product is considered to be the date on which the customer has received or picked up the order. The customer must show a receipt showing the date on which the product was picked up.
We do not accept returns for a product that has been opened or damaged, in which case the product cannot be resold.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and returned within 14 days. The purchase receipt must be kept. Unacceptable returns will be billed to the customer. Unaccepted returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
